Overview

The theme of this programme is linked to the third goal (good health and well-being) of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030.

The programme is based on a practical project in which students will perform a human study (i.e., clinical trial) to investigate the effect of selected dietary supplements on weightlifting exercise performance, maximal strength and anaerobic power. This project targets students with a sports science or sports nutrition background.
